Refund policy
Standard Return Policy (Faulty Items Only)
Overview
This policy applies exclusively to items that develop a functional fault after purchase. A fault is defined as an issue that prevents the item from operating as described in the original listing. Examples include shutter failure, meter inaccuracy, electronic malfunction, or undisclosed optical defects such as fungus, haze, or separation. Cosmetic wear or issues clearly disclosed in the listing are not considered faults.
Customers have 90 days from receiving the item to report a fault.
