This is a Kodak Retinette Type 017 35mm viewfinder camera fitted with the Angénieux 50mm f/3.5 lens. Produced by Kodak AG in Germany between 1954 and 1956, the Type 017 is an early Retinette variant featuring a top‑plate shutter release, cold shoe and compact metal‑bodied construction. The Angénieux‑equipped examples are among the rarest and most desirable versions of the Retinette line.
