Description

The Canon EF 28-105mm f/3.5-4.5 USM is a versatile, lightweight standard zoom lens designed for Canon EF mount full-frame and APS-C digital and film SLRs. Spanning a practical $3.75\times$ focal range from wide-angle to telephoto, it serves as an ideal single-lens solution for everyday travel, landscape, and portrait photography. Powered by a ring-type Ultra-Sonic Motor (USM) for fast, near-silent autofocus with full-time manual focus override. Features a close focusing distance of $0.5\text{m}$ ($1.6\text{ft}$), a distance scale window, and a non-rotating $58\text{mm}$ front filter thread. Optics are fungus and haze free with possible minor dust. The lens barrel finish is exceptionally clean with intact rubber focus and zoom grip texturing, crisp gold/white lettering, and clear window glass. Metal bayonet EF mount and electronic contacts are clean and scratch-free. Ring-type USM autofocus operates quickly and quietly, zoom mechanism travels smoothly across the focal range, and aperture blades function cleanly. Fully tested and working.
