This is an authentic vintage original Olympus push-on black rubber lens hood designed specifically for OM-System Zuiko short telephoto prime lenses, including the 85mm f/2 and 100mm f/2.8 models. Engineered to reduce flare and ghosting while offering physical protection to the front lens element. Features crisp molded markings reading "2/85mm", "2.8/100mm", "OLYMPUS", and "JAPAN". Made in Japan.

Overall Condition: Very Good

Cosmetically in very good pre-owned vintage condition showing minor surface scuffs, light handling rub marks, and faint rubber bloom consistent with age. The black rubber material remains pliable, supple, and holds its shape well, free from cracks, splits, or tears. Push-on mounting rim retains good grip and fits securely onto compatible 49mm filter thread telephoto lenses. Fully tested and operational.
