The Leitz Hektor 135mm f/4.5 is a classic telephoto lens designed for Leica LTM (screw mount) rangefinder cameras. Manufactured between 1933 and 1960, it’s one of Leica’s longest-running lens designs, prized for its elegant rendering, distinctive build, and historical significance.

This lens features a 15-blade diaphragm, producing beautifully circular bokeh even when stopped down. While not razor-sharp wide open, it excels from f/5.6 to f/16, making it a superb choice for portraits, nature, and soft-focus applications. Later versions are single-coated for improved contrast and flare resistance.
