Description

The Nikon Lens Series E 35mm f/2.5 is an ultra-compact, lightweight wide-angle prime lens featuring a native Nikon F mount (AI-S specification). Designed for 35mm film SLRs (EM, FE2, FM2, FG, F3) as well as full-frame and APS-C Nikon digital SLRs or modern mirrorless systems via FTZ adapters. Delivering a versatile 35mm focal length, it serves as a classic street, snapshot, and general documentary lens. Features full AI-S aperture indexing and a 52mm front filter thread. Serial number 1835059. 

Condition

Overall Condition: Fair

The rear glass element exhibits visible surface scratches across the coating/glass surface. Mechanically, the aperture ring is very stiff and resistant to turning across the range. Optics are fungus-free and haze-free with light internal dust. The black outer metal lens barrel is in fair cosmetic condition with signs of age and paint wear along the front filter ring edge. Metal Nikon F bayonet mount is intact. Manual focus ring turns smoothly. Serial number 1835059. Usable but would benefit from a service.
