Description

An authentic vintage original Nikon HN-2 screw-in metal lens hood with a standard 52mm thread. Designed specifically for wide-angle Nikkor prime and zoom lenses, including the 28mm f/2, 28mm f/2.8, 28mm f/3.5, and 35-70mm f/3.5-4.5 Nikkor models. Precision-machined from black anodized aluminium with internal anti-reflective micro-ribbing to effectively prevent unwanted lens flare and glare. Features printed white lettering reading "HN-2". Made in Japan.

Overall Condition: Very Good

Cosmetically in very good pre-owned vintage condition showing light handling wear and faint rim edge paint rubbing on the outer black finish. The metal casing is round and true with no denting or impact damage. Male 52mm screw threads are clean, smooth, and attach easily to compatible lens filter rings. Clean internal non-reflective coating.
