Description

An exceptional and rare Olympus E-400 digital SLR camera kit. Originally released as a Europe-exclusive model, the E-400 is famous for being one of the smallest and lightest interchangeable lens DSLRs ever made. Built around a 10.0 megapixel Four Thirds CCD sensor which delivers gorgeous, film-like color rendering and organic warmth that modern CMOS sensors often lack. This kit includes the sharp Zuiko Digital 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6 ED zoom lens, Olympus BCS-1 battery charger, lens hood, and front cap.

Collector's Notes

The Olympus E-400 holds a legendary status among digital vintage gear collectors and CCD sensor enthusiasts. Because it was never officially sold in North America or Japan, clean kits are increasingly difficult to find on the global market. Paired with its kit zoom and charger, this is a stellar find for photographers seeking unique CCD color rendering.
