The Olympus OM-System G.Zuiko Auto-W 28mm f/3.5 is an ultra-compact manual focus wide-angle prime lens designed for Olympus 35mm SLR film cameras. Featuring a 7-element in 7-group optical design ("G" prefix denoting 7 elements), this lens is famed for its optical sharpness, flare resistance, and remarkable distortion control. Encased in an all-metal barrel with a silver nose ring, it offers aperture detents from f/3.5 to f/16, a minimum focusing distance of 0.3m, a standard 49mm filter thread, and a native Olympus OM bayonet mount. Serial number 394385. Complete with front and rear lens caps.

Cosmetically in excellent pre-owned vintage condition with clean anodised barrel finishing and crisp focus and aperture markings. The rubber focus grip turns smoothly and evenly across the distance scale. The front aperture ring clicks positively at each stop, and the rear aperture blades are snappy, oil-free, and clean. Optics are clear and bright with anti-reflective coatings intact, free from fungus, optical haze, or scratches, just minor dust. Metal bayonet mount is clean and mounts securely.
