Condition
Overall Condition: Good
Cosmetically in good pre-owned condition showing moderate handling marks, fine surface scuffs, and minor outer casing wear. Power button turns unit on, top LCD panel displays clearly, shutter fires, power zoom mechanism extends/retracts, and electronic flash operates. However, the internal automatic lens barrier blades are stuck in a partially open/closed position when powered on, obscuring part of the front optical glass element. Viewfinder and internal optics are otherwise clear. Clean battery chamber. Serial number 5237282.

Collector's Notes
The original Pentax Espio line remains one of the most reliable ranges of compact 1990s zoom cameras. Partial lens barrier sticking is a known mechanical issue on vintage point-and-shoots after long periods of storage, often caused by a minor dislodged spring or hardened lubricant.
