The Soligor Tele-Auto 400mm f/6.3 is a powerful, classical manual focus super-telephoto prime lens made in Japan for wildlife, sports, and astrophotography. Built with a solid all-metal barrel casing, this high-reach lens features a built-in retractable lens hood, integrated 360-degree rotating tripod collar mount with locking thumb screw, depth-of-field scale markings, and aperture control from f/6.3 down to f/22. Uses a standard 72mm front filter thread size. Fitted with an interchangeable T2/OM bayonet adapter for native compatibility with Olympus OM System 35mm SLRs. Serial number 17516387. Complete with original hard leatherette case, metal front cap, and rear mount cap.

Cosmetically in very good pre-owned vintage condition showing light handling marks and minor surface scuffs on the outer barrel and tripod collar band. Focus control ring turns smoothly across the distance scale. Aperture ring detents distinctly at all stops, and internal aperture blades are clean, oil-free, and snappy. Optics are clear with anti-reflective coatings intact; free from fungus, severe optical haze, or glass scratches, containing only minor internal micro-dust specks typical for vintage telephoto lenses. Metal bayonet mount ring is clean and mounts securely. Hard leatherette storage case is sound and clean. Serial number 17516387. Fully tested and operational.
