Description

The Tamron AF 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 XR Di II LD Aspherical [IF] Macro (Model A14) is an all-in-one superzoom lens designed specifically for APS-C format digital SLR cameras. Featuring a native Pentax KAF autofocus bayonet mount with a drive-screw AF coupling and gold-plated electronic contacts, it is compatible with Pentax digital SLRs (such as the K-100D, K-10D, K-20D, K-5, K-30, K-50, and K-70 series). Incorporating XR (Extra Refractive Index) glass, Low Dispersion (LD) elements, and hybrid aspherical optics to minimize optical aberrations across the entire 11.1x zoom range. Offering a versatile focal range equivalent to roughly 27–300mm on 35mm full-frame, it serves as an ideal single-lens travel solution covering everything from wide-angle landscapes to distant telephoto details. Features Internal Focusing (IF), a 62mm front filter thread, and close-up macro capability down to 0.45m across the zoom range. Serial number 055512. Complete with front Tamron clip-on lens cap, rear Pentax K mount cap, and dedicated AD06 flower-shaped lens hood.

Optics are clear, fungus-free, and haze-free with light internal dust typical for all-in-one superzoom optics. The textured black composite lens barrel and rubber zoom/focus grips are clean and intact, showing light cosmetic handling marks. Metal Pentax KAF bayonet mount plate, drive-screw AF socket, and electrical contact pins are clean and unblemished. Zoom ring rotates smoothly through the 18–200mm focal range, manual focus ring operates properly, and aperture blades are oil-free and snappy. Serial number 055512. Fully tested and working.
