Description

The Tokina AT-X PRO SD 12-24mm f/4 (IF) DX is a high-performance ultra-wide zoom lens engineered for Nikon DX-format crop-sensor digital SLRs. Providing an effective $18\text{--}36\text{mm}$ focal range equivalent, it serves as an ideal choice for architectural, landscape, and interior photography. Features a constant f/4 maximum aperture across the entire zoom range, Super-Low Dispersion (SD) glass elements, and aspherical glass to minimize chromatic aberrations and optical distortion. Built with Tokina's One-Touch Focus Clutch mechanism for rapid switching between manual and autofocus modes, internal focusing (IF) to prevent front element rotation, and a durable metal barrel construction. Compatible with Nikon DX DSLRs featuring an in-body focus motor (such as the D7000/D7100/D7200/D500 series) and adaptable to Nikon Z-series mirrorless cameras via FTZ adapters. Complete with a soft drawstring pouch, front clip-on cap, and rear mount cap.

Optics are fungus and haze free with possible minor dust. The heavy-duty metallic finish on the lens barrel is in exceptionally clean condition with crisp white/gold lettering, clear distance window glass, and firm, clean rubber focus and zoom grip rings. Metal bayonet F mount and electronic contacts are clean and scratch-free. One-Touch Focus Clutch mechanism shifts smoothly between AF and MF positions, zoom action rotates evenly throughout the range, internal focusing operates quietly, and aperture blades function cleanly.
