Description:

Voigtländer Ultramatic 35mm SLR camera paired with the highly regarded Septon 50mm f/2.0 lens. This iconic German-made camera system dates from the early 1960s and features a leaf shutter, selenium light meter, and fully automatic aperture control. The Septon lens, known for its exceptional sharpness and rendering, is one of the finest optics produced for the DKL bayonet mount.

The Ultramatic was Voigtländer’s premium SLR offering, designed by Walter Swarofsky and Fritz Renneberg. It features a fixed pentaprism, instant-return mirror, and a Synchro-Compur shutter with speeds from Bulb to 1/500s. The Septon lens includes a fully automatic iris diaphragm and depth-of-field indicators via twin arms on the focusing ring.
